  • For Cash on Delivery, no advance payment is required — payment is made at the time of delivery.
  • TAM reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case the customer will be notified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders across Pakistan in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • TAM is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Exchange & Refunds

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • The same policy applies to both regular-priced and sale items.
